Es obligatorio que el acreditado contrate durante la vigencia del cr\u00e9dito , los siguientes seguros:<\/p>

a) SEGURO SOBRE EL VEH\u00cdCULO\u00b9: con cobertura amplia que cumpla, cuando menos, con las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas:
\u2022 vigencia multianual equivalente al plazo del cr\u00e9dito.
\u2022 cobertura por da\u00f1os materiales y\/o robo total del veh\u00edculo hasta por una cantidad equivalente al valor de la factura del veh\u00edculo o al valor de la cobertura de reposici\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo durante el primer a\u00f1o del veh\u00edculo contado a partir de la fecha de adquisici\u00f3n del mismo por parte del acreditado; o cobertura por da\u00f1os materiales y\/o robo total del veh\u00edculo hasta por una cantidad equivalente al valor comercial del veh\u00edculo durante los a\u00f1os posteriores.
\u2022 cobertura por responsabilidad civil que cubra cualquier gasto m\u00e9dico de los ocupantes del veh\u00edculo, con asistencia legal.<\/p>

b) Cualquier otro seguro, que el acreditado se encuentre obligado a contratar de conformidad con la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable.<\/p>

\u00b9Podr\u00e1 contratar directamente las p\u00f3lizas de seguro con la compa\u00f1\u00eda aseguradora de su preferencia, pudiendo optar sin estar obligado a ello, por la compa\u00f1\u00eda aseguradora sugerida.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
